The meeting designed to support families as their children approach adulthood. This insightful discussion will focus on the crucial transition from school to adult life, providing valuable information and resources for families navigating this important stage.


The event will cover a range of essential topics, including:

  • Funding Opportunities: Learn about the various funding options available to support your child's transition into adult services.

  • The Transition Process: Gain insights into the step-by-step process of moving from school-based programs to adult services, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.

  • Adult Services at St. Coletta’s: Discover the comprehensive adult services offered at St. Coletta’s, tailored to meet the unique needs of individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

The event is open to the public and will take place on Wednesday, Sept. 18 at 7 p.m. in the cafeteria at St. Coletta’s of Illinois, 18360 Crossing Drive, Tinley Park, IL. Families are encouraged to attend.
