The Foundation Board of Directors is comprised of nine to fourteen community volunteers from the Chicagoland area and at least one professed member of the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi.

Members are selected to join the Board after completing an application process.

They serve three-year terms.

 

The Board is responsible to the Sisters of St. Francis of Assisi for carrying out the Mission of the organization as well as the financial management of the Agency’s assets, supervision and participation in all fundraising activities. The Foundation Board also helps the Executive Director

set long-range goals and is responsible for the financial success of the organization.

 

The Board meets the third Wednesday of every other month.
