Registration now underway for St. Coletta’s Annual Kennedy Golf Invitational

Attention golfers: Here’s your chance to play a round of golf at Crystal Tree Golf & Country Club in Orland Park while supporting a good cause. St. Coletta’s of Illinois is hosting its 34th Annual Kennedy Golf Invitational at the private club on Aug. 21.

Tickets are $600 for a single golfer or $2,400 for a foursome and include a welcome gift, buffet lunch, greens fees, 18 holes of golf, beverages and snacks on the course as well as an evening meal with cocktails.

 “Your generosity provides critical services for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said Kennedy Invitational Committee Chair Bill Rybak.

Based in Tinley Park, St. Coletta’s of Illinois provides educational, residential and vocational training services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Kennedy Golf Invitational is one of the nonprofit’s largest fundraisers.

Participants will have an opportunity to take part in several skills tests along the way, including:

·         Two opportunities to sink a hole-in-one for a chance to win a lease on a brand new Lexus

·         An opportunity to “Beat the Nun” by challenging Sister Maryann Dosen to a closest to the pin competition. Those who do “Beat the Nun” will be entered in a raffle to win a new putter.

Throughout the event, raffle tickets will be available to purchase for a chance to play in the exclusive 2023 Lexus Champions for Charity National Championship at Pebble Beach Resorts in December.

Raffle tickets are $100 each; three for $250; or 10 for $500. The winning ticket will be drawn during the Kennedy Golf Invitational dinner on Aug. 21. You do not need to be present in order to win.
