"When I came to St. Coletta’s in 2003, I thought it would just be a transitional job. But then I got to know the people. It’s the most gratifying thing when (the participants) get to know you and see you as a friend. They all have different personalities and I’ve built a bond with a lot of these guys. The same can be said of the staff. We all work well together; it’s a very supportive environment.”
