Andrew High School students make day extra special by decorating prom venue
On May 9, the Kennedy School cafeteria was transformed into a vibrant, joy-filled prom venue as students came together for a daytime celebration they’ll never forget. The highlight of the event? The crowning of this year’s 2025 Prom King and Queen—Jerry and Brianne! Their big moment was met with cheers, applause and happy tears from classmates and staff alike.
This magical day was made possible by the incredible support of the Andrew High School Student Council, whose members went above and beyond to make Kennedy School’s prom truly special. The student leaders from Andrew High decorated the cafeteria with colorful balloons, streamers and festive touches that brought the entire space to life. But their contributions didn’t stop there—they stayed to celebrate, dance and create lasting memories with Kennedy students.
Their kindness, enthusiasm, and commitment to inclusion helped create an atmosphere full of joy, connection and celebration that our students will remember for years to come.
A heartfelt thank you to the Andrew High School Student Council and everyone who helped make prom night so meaningful. As Kennedy School looks ahead to Graduation Day on May 21, we celebrate a season filled with milestones, memories, and moments of true community spirit.
