Double the impact you have on people with developmental disabilities

Nov 15, 2022

Donate to St. Coletta's of Illinois and The Coleman Foundation will match your donation of $1,250 or more

Support those with developmental disabilities at St. Coletta’s of Illinois and The Coleman Foundation will double your effort now through Dec. 15.

St. Coletta’s, which provides educational, residential and vocational training services to more than 300 children and adults with developmental disabilities, is participating in The Coleman Foundation’s 2022 Threshold Matching Grant Program.

Those who donate $1,250 or more to St. Coletta’s between Nov. 15 and Dec. 15 will see their donation matched dollar for dollar by The Coleman Foundation! The goal is to raise $12,500 in order to receive the Foundation’s maximum donation match.

“Now’s the time to make your tax-deductible donations go even further,” said St. Coletta’s of Illinois Executive Director Annette Skafgaard. “For a limited time, The Coleman Foundation will match your donation to St. Coletta’s dollar for dollar.”

More than 300 children and adults from the south and southwest suburbs depend on St. Coletta’s services each year. The non-profit operates a school and community day services program in Tinley Park, working with participants on their life skills, vocational training and leisure activities.

Providing outstanding programs and services to children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities is a difficult and costly mission.

St. Coletta’s of Illinois is a non-profit organization and relies on generous donations from the general public to help fund its school and community day services program.

That’s why The Coleman Foundation’s generous offer to match all gifts of $1,250 or more between Nov. 15 and Dec. 15 is so important to St. Coletta’s of Illinois.
